Welcome to Flow Kayaks, proudly NZ owned and bringing you beautiful handcrafted kayaks, surf skis and paddles.

The company is based in Christchurch, the capital of the New Zealand multisport scene. The move came with new ownership, management and manufacturing systems with the vision to increase access to Multisport kayaking whilst striving to maintain on going quality and development of our products.

As of November 2017, Keith Jessop and Chris Stagg partnered to take Flow Kayaks into a new stage. They each bring specialisations and experience in complimenting industries, as well as all being passionate about multisport and kayaking so you’re sure to see them out on the water regularly.

Island Cruising NZ

Island Cruising NZ provide yacht cruising rallies around New Zealand and the islands of the South Pacific. These rallies are designed to allow sailors to cruise the islands aboard their own boats, or assist as crew on someone else’s boat.

We provide assistance with customs, immigration and biosecurity in and out of each country, arrange social events at various points along the way and arrange clearances into places such the Lau group of Fiji and the Loyalty Islands of New Caledonia.

We also hold educational seminars to help sailors understand how to prepare their vessels for sailing offshore and get the most out of cruising in the Islands.

Dan Leech Naval Architecture Ltd

Dan Leech is a naval architect graduate from the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology, and a qualified boat builder. He has worked as a naval architect for 14 years. He has been lucky to work under some of the best boat builders and designers in the world and has gained a high level of experience working on boats that range from high performance composite race yachts and power boats, to pleasure yachts and launches, to commercial aluminium work boats.

Dan has experience in computer 3D modelling, drawing, and creating detailed CNC cut files for over 350 boats that range in materials from composite, aluminium, steel and plywood. He believes having the practical experience of hands on boat building is a very good grounding for good design practice.

Our factory contains all the modern plant required to produce fibreglass and composite product’s using a variety of manufacturing process’s such as hand lay up, spray lay-up, closed molding LRTM & vacuum infusion process’s.

IFS are fibreglass product specialists. IFS can design & manufacture a diverse range of fibreglass products and also do repairs, onsite works & installs.

King Design comes as a natural progression from the skills and materials used in our design and manufacture. As well as boating accessories such as boat seats and small inflatable, a rural upbringing meant the man behind the business, Will King, saw opportunity and a growing demand for accessories that enhance the usability of their essential farm equipment. From ute crates, to dog boxes, we will custom design to your needs. We are based in Canterbury and Marlborough but our products can be found in all corners of the South Island, from the high country to the braided rivers and coastlines.
