Accelerating the marine industry’s transition to sustainable energy with electric jet propulsion systems.

ZeroJet builds electric jet propulsion systems with the aim of removing the need for combustion engines on new boats under six metres.

In partnership with Offshore Cruising Tenders, we have launched the world’s lightest electric jet tender. Offering superior manoeuvrability and capable of reaching speeds of over 20 knots, the ZeroJet OC Tender package is a more fun, more convenient, and greener solution than the traditional internal combustion engine.

Since 2014 Hauraki Fenders has taken off, what started as a hobby business quickly became serious business as the popularity of our products skyrocketed.  Fast-forward to now and we stock a range of inflatable fenders, rectangle fenders, dock fenders, solid foam fenders, fender covers, mooring lines and all things custom.
While being world-famous in New Zealand, you will also see our fenders on charter boats in Australia, cruising yachts around the world, in the great lakes of the USA, on TP52 race yachts, in America’s Cup syndicates, on Round the World racing yachts, on Antarctic cruise vessels, and everything in between.

We love what we do, believe in our products, and get a great kick out of hearing and seeing where our fenders end up and the adventures they go on.

We offer a range of high quality, robust electric boats for sale or hire.

We also sell and install quality, commercial-grade motors for all types of electric boats, whether you are converting an existing boat or designing a new build. Our product range is all manufactured in Europe, designed and proven to last for decades in continuous service on hire craft. Unlike other cheaply built electric outboards available in NZ, You can rest assured that our range of products have been selected because they will stand up to everything the tough NZ boating environment can throw at them, and they’ll keep on doing it for decades to come. That’s true sustainability.

In November 2020 we plan to launch our own fleet of electric boats for self-drive hire on the beautiful Kerikeri river in the Bay of Islands, the heart of New Zealand’s winterless Northland.

Our electric boats will provide the unique opportunity to explore the tranquil Kerikeri river in silence and serenity, getting up close to birds and wildlife.

No license is required to hire these electric boats, but we can provide lessons or even an experienced, licensed commercial skipper/guide if you’d prefer to sit back and relax while we do the driving.

The Marina Brokerage

The Marina Brokerage is the exclusive NZ distributor for Axopar, BRABUS Marine, Greenline Yachts, Pardo Yachts, RAND Boats and Sirena Yachts, through our partnership with eyachts Australia.

We also provide a professional brokerage service for pre-owned launches and yachts.  Our brokers all have over 10 years’ experience in national and international waters, with good knowledge of many styles and brands of vessels.

The Marina Brokerage is set in the idyllic Half Moon Bay Marina opposite C pier, only a 30 minute drive east of central Auckland.
