Jackson Advanced Engineering are specialists in large format precision machining, composites, and polymers and are a leading supplier of tools and products across a large array of industries, including marine, aerospace, television & film, construction, engineering, automotive, art & architecture, and general composites.

Jackson Advanced Engineering boasts one of the largest 5-axis CNC routers in New Zealand with a total machinable area of 10.5m x 3.8m x 2.4m. Large scale items such as trailer boat hulls & decks, rowing skiffs, superyacht booms & spreaders where pinpoint accuracy is critical to the performance and safety of the finished product.

Being capable of machining these large items as single pieces rather than broken down into smaller pieces or multiple machine setups allows Jackson’s to provide efficiency, affordability and accuracy superior to traditional CNC machining methods utilising smaller machines.

Southern Spars is the industry leader in the design, construction, installation and servicing of carbon fibre masts, booms and rigging for high performance racing and cruising yachts.

It is made up of four business units:
Custom Projects specialises in the design and manufacture of custom spars, One Design specialises in the manufacture of high performance production rigs,
Composite Rigging manufactures lightweight rigging including the innovative element C6 carbon rigging.
Rig service business, Rig Pro , has four centres strategically positioned around the world.

New Zealand Rigging is New Zealand’s largest locally owned and operated Yacht Rigging and Spar Making business. We offer a complete mast and rigging service, we manufacture masts in Carbon Fibre and Aluminium for Dinghys, Cruising boats, Club racers, Sports boats, Grand-Prix race boats and Super Yachts.

As well as building new masts and rigging we offer a full service and maintenance options ranging from new rigging for dinghys to schedule servicing for Super Yachts. New Zealand Rigging exports throughout the world, as well as servicing the local New Zealand market.
